A former gasworks and trading estate is being transformed into a thriving new neighbourhood. The long derelict site is being stitched back into the local fabric with a network of pedestrian links and 2.5 acres of high quality public open space, including the new Hornsey Park, a civic square and playground. This new welcoming landscape will provide over 1870 new homes, including 600 affordable.
Join us to discover this new development located at the crossover of Wood Green and Alexandra Palace. The tour will start at the marketing suite where Shepperd Robson Architects and St William will be running through the scale model of the masterplan, followed by a walking tour of the neighbourhood.
