Communities come in many forms, from isolated rural villages to sprawling urban metropolises or online global networks. With the thoughtful and creative use of interventions from mixed reality and immersive experiences to AI and avatars, virtual twins and next-gen transportation, our future will include the connected and harmonious communities we all aspire to live in.
Join us at 17:00 on the 18th June with Senior Creative at Squint/Opera Eleanor Greenleaf to explore visions of the Next Gen Neighbourhood. Using the lens of some of the projects she has worked on, from designing digital media in the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station to spearheading the inhouse R&D Apple Vision Pro project around mindful digital nature in the home. We invite anyone who is interested in the built environment to explore, imagine and join in the discussion about the oncoming wave of innovation that could elevate our communities, connect us, extend our environments and empower our shared history.
