Come and get involved in masterclasses with DJMC Academy in Finchley Library we will have our state of the art DJ van and will be offering free workshops in the art of music, radio presenting, singing, rapping and DJ'ing. Anyone can participate and get involved with our Sound Waves and Stories event.
This workshop is part of a project to invigorate and reimagine library spaces in Barnet. The primary objective is to empower local residents, particularly young people, to reimagine libraries.
Community members will actively participate in reshaping our libraries through a series of interactive showcases and activities where we will provide a platform for individuals to share their ideas, aspirations, and visions for what libraries can become.
All ages are welcome and no previous experience needed.
