Tools for change: Reimagining design in an interdisciplinary world for greater people and planetary impact.

19 June 2024

18:00 -20:00

In a world where problems are complex and conditional on so many different voices and skillsets collaborating and contributing to seek new solutions, can design offer a unique pathway to find these?

Join us for a discussion that will reflect on work and experiences inside and outside of LIS, that will challenge current pathways and conceive of new approaches with LIS faculty, students and special interdisciplinary guests.

Speakers:
Akil Scafe- Smith, Director, Resolve Collective
Josh Fenton, Account Director, ING Media
Sarah Mann, Creative Strategy Manager, Jaguar Landrover Matter
Juliana Echavarria, MASc student LIS
Shamiso Oneka, Senior Design Officer, Greater London Authority

This talk is part of Reimagining the Future - Why Design Has to Change - an exhibition on design in an interdisciplinary world. See other listing for more details.
